About the movie: 60’ to observe a firm adjusting to its evolving context, innovating, entering alliances, and developing into a global network. Observed and filmed during several years since the beginning of 2000s of the inner workings of the company, the setting up of this medium-sized firm in Japan and China. Agreements and disagreements, problems in the car industry, misunderstandings, the shock of cultures and of ways of thinking and of management.
