Jean-François Huchet was in Peking from the 13th to the 20th of May of 2008 to give a conference on “China – India relationship “ and to prepare the organisation of two conferences on Climate change and multinationals from emerging countries.

Hayet Sellami

Hayet Sellami continued her field research in Beijing in January and from March to June, 2008, conducting interviews with several Taiwanese living in Beijing. From February to March, 2008, she collected secondary materials in Paris, with particular emphasis on research on migration internationally and in China, theoretical studies, theories on transnationalism, identity and nationalism, and methodologies. She also conducted research of secondary sources in various institutions (FMSH, Science-Po's library).

Hebe Lo (Secretary) and Peter Law (Librarian) have left the CEFC and have been replaced by Adeline Ka Yee Chiu and Edmund Wai Cheng (Research Associate) at the beginning of June.
