Hong Kong and Macau residents have to use the subscription form and mail or fax it to us if they want to benefit from the HK$450 (personal) / HK$700 (institutionnal) subscription rates. The same applies to European residents, for the EUR70 / EUR110 subscription rates. Students should also use this form if they want to benefit from the 25% discount we offer them if they provide us with a photocopy of their student card.
