Collection of personal data
Personal data we collect are gathered through our newsletter inscription form and our product order forms (during purchase of an issue or a subscription to China Perspectives).
The CEFC collects the following pieces of information:
- Name
- Surname
- Postal address
- Electronic address
- Telephone number
- Occupation
- Credit card number (optional)
We use this data to inform you of our activities, to contact you, to follow your orders and to establish statistics on our sales.
Access rights
Information collected during an order can be modified by the client on his or her account page.
Retraction rights
We provide you with the right to delete or retract any of your personal data. For example, you may remove your email address from our newsletter listing. You can write to [email protected] to ask us to delete any information you deem unnecessary or wrongly used.
Safety
Personal data that are collected are stored in a secure environment. Your banking information is not saved. Payments proceed through a safe portal installed by the Payzen company.
